Dopamina dopamina!

Sports do not build character. They reveal it.

Roberta Furcolo

For Roberta Furcolo, sports are not just a hobby but a vital source of well-being and inspiration. She loves outdoor activities — from rock climbing to tennis, skiing and cycling—which she approaches with enthusiasm and energy. Each sporting experience, with its mix of challenge and fun, fuels her competitive spirit and ability to work as part of a team.

She has learned a lot from sports: climbing has taught her that there is always a solution to any problem — sometimes, you just need to shift your perspective by a few inches to find the next foothold and continue the ascent; tennis trains her focus and coordination while helping her overcome moments of frustration; skinning teaches her patience and endurance; cycling rekindles her youthful sensations and brings her pure joy.

Ascending snowy peaks on skis, playing tennis after cheering for Sinner, cycling on her Pinarello along side the deer in Richmond Park or by the Ligurian seacoast, finally conquering a climbing route after many attempts — these are the moments that bring her the greatest satisfaction and joy.

Her competitive spirit, the drive to push her limits with humility and determination and her ability to work as part of a team are the same principles that guide her in the business world today.
